True Confessions Speakers for 2009

 Tami Simon is the Founder of Sounds True, a multi-media publisher dedicated to disseminating spiritual wisdom. Over their 22 year history, Sounds True has produced over 600 titles, been nominated twice for the Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing companies, and is North America's leading publisher of spoken-word spiritual teachings.



 

Grant Couch was named President and CEO of Colorado-based publisher Sounds True in May 2008 and oversees day-to-day company operations. Company founder Tami Simon continues as publisher, focussin on launching Sounds True’s new digital initiatives.





As Chief Executive Officer of Vancity, Tamara Vrooman  harnesses the strength, breadth and diversity across Vancity to encourage growth and prosperity for the greater good. As the head of Canada's largest credit union, Tamara considers her role as a continuation of her career in public service as Vancity extends its financial success to facilitate positive social and environmental change.
